About the Role
The Senior Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate estimates, ensuring projects align with budget objectives and overall scope requirements. This position requires strong CMAR experience and the ability to manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to secure best-value pricing.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and TI commercial construction projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation to define full scope

Develop conceptual, schematic, and final GMP estimates

Lead subcontractor solicitation, scope review, and bid leveling

Ensure all project requirements are captured within budget projections

Build and manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners

Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs

Maintain organized estimate documentation and reporting

Support multiple project pursuits simultaneously
Qualifications
-
5+ years of construction estimating experience
-
CMAR experience required

Proven background in ground-up and TI commercial projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
