Project Manager

Our client, a well established General Contractor based in Dallas, TX, is looking to add a talented Project Manager to their growing team. With over 53 years of success in the Texas construction market, this firm is known for its commitment to quality, long-standing client relationships, and diverse project portfolio. Typical projects range across healthcare, K-12, industrial, office, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Oversee project schedules, cost control, safety, and quality assurance
• Provide clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve project challenges proactively and professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors
• Strong book of clients
• Background with General Contractors, ideally within the Texas market
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively

On Offer:

$110,000 - $140,000 base salary
