About the Role
The Project Manager will oversee drywall and plaster projects from preconstruction through completion. This position requires strong leadership, budget management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of drywall and plaster projects from inception to completion

Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define scope, timelines, and budgets

Lead and supervise subcontractors and field teams to ensure quality and safety compliance

Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to maintain performance

Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely site delivery

Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders

Resolve project challenges proactively and efficiently

Ensure permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met
Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience, focused on drywall and plaster
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong knowledge of drywall materials, installation methods, and industry standards

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
