About the Role
The Senior Project Manager will lead commercial projects from preconstruction handover through closeout. This is a high-ownership position focused on financial control, scheduling discipline, subcontractor management, and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout

Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and change management

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and recovery plans

Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

Oversee procurement strategy, subcontract negotiations, and contract administration

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards

Serve as primary point of contact for clients and design teams

Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers where applicable

Drive disciplined documentation, reporting, and project closeout processes
Qualifications

7+ years of commercial construction project management experience

Proven delivery of ground-up or major renovation commercial projects

Strong financial acumen with full project P&L ownership

Experience managing multiple subcontract packages and complex schedules

Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and field teams

Organized, commercially minded, and comfortable operating with accountability
