About the Role
Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager – Construction (Concrete Restoration & Waterproofing)
We’re partnered with a Florida-based restoration contractor that’s expanding its project delivery team. They’re looking to hire both Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to support growing demand across their concrete restoration and waterproofing division.
These roles offer the opportunity to work on occupied-building restoration projects including façades, balconies, walkways, parking structures, and structural concrete repair scopes. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day project execution, field coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking - all within a fast-paced and technically challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage or support concrete repair and waterproofing projects from start to closeout
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track schedules, materials, labor hours, and job costs to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
- Communicate with owners, consultants, and stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve issues
- Enforce safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and site compliance
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress documentation
What You Bring:
- Project Manager: Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with direct experience in both concrete restoration and waterproofing
- Assistant Project Manager: Minimum 3 years of construction experience, with strong capability in either restoration or waterproofing, and at least some exposure to the other
- Field-based problem-solving skills and strong coordination habits
- Familiarity with construction project documentation and scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, accountable approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required)

Compensation:
- Project Manager: $85,000 – $100,000
- Assistant Project Manager: $70,000 – $85,000
