Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy spanning sales, marketing, e-commerce, and distribution.
- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing commercial teams, embedding a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to refine pricing, channel mix, and product diversification strategies aligned to long-term growth.
- Expand B2B partnerships in retail, contract, and hospitality while enhancing D2C and digital capabilities.
- Leverage analytics, market insights, and customer feedback to optimize revenue streams and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Serve as the architect of scalable revenue initiatives, ensuring sustained profitability and market share expansion.
Candidate Profile
- Proven success in senior revenue leadership roles (CRO, EVP, or SVP), ideally within large-scale furniture manufacturing or adjacent industries.
- Strong record of delivering double-digit revenue growth across multi-channel environments, including B2B, retail, and digital.
- Skilled in building and aligning large commercial organizations to deliver on ambitious growth objectives.
- Strategic leader with the ability to execute hands-on, balancing boardroom presence with operational expertise.
- Experience in market expansion, digital transformation, and customer engagement at scale.
