Senior Superintendent

I'm hiring an experienced Lead Superintendent with a strong GC background to take charge of ground-up and renovation projects across Houston. This role is with a well established general contractor known for its history of leadership, long-standing client relationships and repeat business. Their team of industry-leading professionals delivers exceptional service on complex projects across education, civic, and commercial markets and now they’re looking for a proven leader to help drive their next chapter of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day to day field operations on multiple concurrent projects
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors and crews to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence
• Manage projects from mobilization through closeout, including warranty work
• Partner with project managers, architects, engineers and owners to maintain scope and expectations
• Drive site safety programs and cultivate a culture of accountability

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Proven record delivering ground-up and renovation projects in education, civic and commercial sectors (churches, fire stations, schools, retail, etc.)
• Experience with projects valued $1M–$5M
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once while maintaining quality standards
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• OSHA certifications preferred
